Whoops! a bit late... I was extremely busy. Let's say that - work really, really got in the way of me being able to work on my list. and then I had to get the ball rolling on the wedding web site! (web site is actually 2 words not one, and it should be capitalized, but i hate capitalization! so let's just pretend, and this is a reflection of work influencing me!)
Anyway, let's get right to it! I have said out loud what I want my goals to be. But I have to write them down:
1. I want to participate in the one hundred push ups challenge.
How I will achieve this: since it runs on a schedule of which I can set up myself, I will choose 3 non consecutive days to work on this, and I will do it on those nights when I'm home. I will do the initial test tomorrow.
2. I will get up in the morning and hit the gym!
How I will achieve this: I will have a schedule that I will do my best to stick with. But I will listen to my body, if something's wrong, or I'm overdoing it, I will listen to it and give myself an opportunity to recover.
3. Have a balance between strength training, cardio, stretching and abs. I usually ditch abs and stretching. I want to look and feel comfortable in a bikini! I always have that pooch!
How I will achieve this: once again, the schedule! I, somehow, lost my strength training book that I had, but I have the women's health magazine perfect body book - and I loved it.
Ok here's my schedule:
Monday: Rest!
Tuesday: Cardio (preferably running) and 20 minutes of abs
Wednesday: 45 minutes of Strength Training & 15-20 minutes cardio
Thursday: Cardio and 20 minutes of abs
Friday: 45 minutes of Strength Training & 15-20 minutes of cardio
Saturday: 30 to 45 minutes of cardio + Body Pump (as the weekends get warmer, we probably will start riding our bikes)
Sunday: long runs (until after my half marathon training, but i do enjoy them!)
If anyone has any suggestions that may help me improve my body and really help make it change. I'm all for suggestions and support. I will be measuring myself each month to monitor any progress.
Oh, and I am going to be posting from my phone! especially my work outs!

I think those are great goals! I would definitely continue doing long runs on the weekends 7-10 miles to keep your endurance up in case you decide to train for a half again!
What's the wedding Website URL???? I wanna see :D
